Naroom...the powerhouse of all powerhouses. The one card that you need three of if you ever decide to make a Naroom deck is Warrior's Boots. This card is very crucial to any Naroom deck as I will explain right about now........
Warrior Boot's - How can this card not be your favorite relic of all. It allows you to bring in a creature before your attack phase and do what you will. I'm gonna give you a couple of cards that are the Boot's best friends....: Giant Carillion(just think if you brought out a giant carillion used Stomp to take out a creature of theirs then played Sap of life. You just payed 11e to take out a creature and then attack with an 8e creature first turn ain't that crazy.) How about our friend Balamant(If you've ever wanted to hurt anyone more how about attacking with a 6e creature and then using his power to take an additional 4e off of their Magi. Ain't life grand.)With the ability of Warrior Boot's You can do this with just about any creature another good one is Bhatar. Note that if you have a Robe of Vines out your Naroom creatures all get +1e. And if you have an Energy Band out for an additional 1e you can pump up a creature 2 more energy.(For an added effect if your opponnent has no creatures in play or even if they do, think if Yaki was your Magi.)
If you haven't figured out yet a great deck idea has just wiped past everyone. Everyone is sooo hyped up on spells and relics that they look past the point at what does the real damage. Think of this make a deck full of nothing but 3 of each of the creatures 5e and under in Naroom. Throw in 3 Robe of Vines, some Energy Bands, some Vortex of Knowledge, and the card of the day,WARRIOR BOOT'S and you've got a massive deck that is pulling out 3-4 creatures a turn. And as much creature removal that is out there hardly any deck can take out that many creatures a turn. On top of that the Magi play a very important role in this deck. The order is Wence, Evu, and then to finish off Trynn. Let me tell you why...
Wence - How could you disregard this man, sure he starts out low but the energizing for 6e and comes out with a Robe of Vines you can't beat that and plus his power(Pay 2e to draw a card, If it is a creature show it to your opponnent and you may draw an additional card at the end of your turn.) How powerfull do you think that card is in this deck??????Very because you have to think to yourself that if you don't draw a creature card you probably are gonna draw a Vortex of Knowledge which, oh pity you get to draw one more card than if you would've drawn a creature. With that much card advantage he will be very hard to get out of the way.
Evu - If they by any chance get past Wence then on to another card advantage Magi. Opening hand you will have alot of people wanting to quit because with 19e and drawing three cards at the end of your turn they just bought themselves a nightmare. Fling out one of those
Energy Bands and have a field day. All the while you're over here not spending energy because your opponnent is trying to get rid of the creatures out on the board. Once your creatures are defeated bring out another wave. And so-on so forth.
Tryn - Now if your opponent has gotten this far then they must have a really good deck. Now for the last Magi you can either pick Tryn or Yaki. I picked Tryn for her ability to pump up a creature w/o paying any energy. But Yaki would do even better. Let's see If you were smart and thought about what was in your deck, which by now should be your whole hand, you would notice 2 cards out of the bunch.....Vinoc and Warrior Boot's. OOOOOUUUUUUCCCCCCHHHHHH. Have you ever seen a very mad 20+e Vinoc that can attack twice. add in an Energy Band and he just got even bigger. HOW MUCH DID YOU PAY FOR YOUR 20+e VINOC?????????????????????????? 3 ENERGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ain't that beauty.
You know how they say Diamond's are a girls best friend....well, they musta been thinkin bout Weebo and Giant Carillion when they said that because man.....With a Robe of Vines out that would be torture. And if they stayed out there long enough that would be hell with an energy band. Keep pumpin' up your Weebo. Take out a Creature with your Giant Carillion's Stomp and then use Weebo's power on your Giant Carillion. And after all is said and done attack with both your creatures. (I prefer using Weebo's more than Sap of Life and especially more than Dream Balm's because they are less cost effecient and if you have out a Robe of Vines your Weebo stays alive for defense.
One more strategy will probably do me in for the night, that Vinoc strategy tore me up inside. Ok here we go.......Orwin - what about Orwin can you not like except for the not drawing two cards at the end of your turn, and the weak cards he starts off with. But besides that how could you hate him. Yes I'm gonna pay 2e to Recall my: Vortex of Knowledge, Orwin's Staff, Warrior Boot's, Giant Carillion, Balamant, etc...(etc.= Pretty much anything that will wipe the floor with any deck) Orwin is a great third Magi. And add in a Mirror Pendant and you can basically make your own combo for only 6e.
